Every KX Credit estimate follows the rule you choose.
This is not a blind deduction system. KalkuleX calculates the estimate from the rows and fields selected and shows it before processing. You can approve every item or save a maximum pre-approved amount; the system records which rule allowed each KX Credit transaction for later review and analysis.

Not every Xero field has the same data weight.
A short code, date or status can contain very little information. A description, reference, address, tracking structure or detailed line collection can contain far more. Two outputs with the same number of rows and fields can therefore require different KX Credits.
A focused table can cost less than a complete data dump.
The KX Query system lets you restrict the companies, dates, records and Xero fields included in a result. Selecting only the fields needed for the decision reduces unnecessary processing and can reduce the KX Credit requirement.

KalkuleX evaluates the actual fields selected for each query and presents a tailored estimate for review before processing begins. Managed KX Ai work is estimated separately and any unused part of a KX Ai reservation is released.
